On this page are similar images of the same subject, but inspired by different art styles. The subject in question is a lamb! Based on one I saw in a field in the Peak District (but it’s not completely accurately represented here).

You can use these lamb images as a reference - why not try drawing one in another style? (I didn’t “draw” these but illustrated them using digital design software).

Post is an edited version of an older one, this post was last edited 7th July 2025.

1) High Contrast, minimal outline

This one reminds me a bit of Andy Warhol’s work - lots of bright colours.

<img src="https://images.teemill.com/ugi4fiw1dcitcj9dw4nz3fidrkahtshztbcgxcimlsdwi4le.png.png?w=1140&v=2" alt="Bright image of two lambs, each shaded in white, green and purple, with an orange background. The bottom lamb reminds me more of the style of Gilbert and George, as it looks more like a stained-glass window.

<img src="https://images.teemill.com/utqt7zy2h5wl5othvrm32ooa82wix8dbyeugylq8o9nomhkm.png.png?w=1140&v=2" alt="Bright image of two lambs, each shaded in white, blue and purple, with a red background.
